Howard Stern told the Rolling Stone Magazine in an interview that he "felt like such a failure" after his divorce in 2001 with then-wife Alison.

Howard Stern, an American DJ and radio personality, spoke at length about his post-divorce coping and how he dealt with that sense of failure. Howard Stern has three children with Alison from their 20 year marriage and explaining the separation to them, Stern says, was the most difficult thing.
The host of the very popular radio show, The Howard Stern Show, told the magazine that he initially turned to sex and women for comfort but later realized the hollowness of it all and took refuge in religion.
"It felt like such a failure. I couldn't figure out how things went so bad. I still don't understand, I think I'll spend the rest of my life analyzing that," said Howard Stern
Howard Stern recently signed a new multi million, 5 year contract to continue with Sirus Satellite Radio, thus putting rumors about him being fired from the show at rest.

Howard Stern or Howard Allan Stern was born on the 12th of January 1954 and for long had been an iconic model on TV as host of various talk shows, author, humorist and most importantly was known for his radio show that ran for years on end.
Stern's first professional debut was in the year 1975 with WNTN and by 1977 he had moved on to work with WRNW. By 2005, the Howard Stern Show, had reached more than twenty millions people thus making it the largest show in radio history and was syndicated in 60 channels. As an author, stern had written two successful books – Private Parts and Miss America.
